How it works

Your neighborhood. Your screen. Your next conversation.

Choose an area you can serve, find the homes you want to prospect, and bring local context into your next conversation. Here is how a virtual prospecting session comes together.

Product preview with fictional homes and sample information.

01

Find a home on the map.

Choose a neighborhood from your screen. Select one home or screen an area of up to 50 homes, then decide which homes to research further. Start near completed work or explore another market your business can serve.

  • A star marks known owner occupancy. Non-owner occupancy and unknown are shown separately.
  • Occupancy describes who may live at the home; it does not establish interest in your service.
02

Review available information.

Select “View available details” to request information for the home. Homeowner names, property details and contact information may be available; some results may be missing or uncertain.

  • Only established cell/mobile phone types are planned for display.
  • Landlines and numbers with unknown types are excluded.
  • This lookup does not call, text or email anyone.
03

Organize the prospect.

Connect using your own phone or dialer. Add a note and record the outcome, such as No answer, Callback, Interested, Appointment set or Wrong number. Keep the conversation attached to the home.

  • Outcomes are entered by the rep, not detected from calls.
  • Colors and outcome filters are planned to make recorded work easier to find.
04

Keep track of follow-up.

The planned workspace keeps your notes and outcome with the property when you return. See your last attempt, check your note and decide what to do next.

  • These are planned CRM capabilities: records of your prospects and sales activity.
  • No automatic reminders, calling, appointment scheduling or message sending are included in this description.
  • The app and saved-record functionality are still being built.
