Data & questions
What to know about homeowner information.
See what a lookup could tell you, what it cannot confirm, and how it differs from your own notes and conversation outcomes.
Details may be missing or uncertain.
The planned lookup may return homeowner or property information for the home you select. Availability and matching can vary. We still need to validate the data connection and coverage before app access opens.
Cell/mobile numbers only.
Our intended display policy excludes landlines and phone numbers whose type cannot be established. That policy does not mean every property returns a mobile number or that a displayed number proves current ownership, use, interest or permission to contact.
Keep the three occupancy states separate.
Owner occupied, non-owner occupied and unknown are different labels. An owner-occupied indication does not establish interest in a service. Non-owner occupied does not prove renting. Unknown is not a negative result or a reason to guess.
- Owner occupied: an identified owner-occupancy indication.
- Non-owner occupied: an identified non-owner-occupancy indication.
- Unknown: occupancy has not been established in the result.
Your notes describe your work.
No answer, Not interested, Callback, Appointment set, Sold and Wrong number are examples of outcomes you would enter yourself. Notes and outcomes are planned to stay with the property when you return. They help organize follow-up; they do not trigger a reminder or scheduled call. Team access and sharing rules are still being defined.
Use your own phone or dialer.
PixelKnock does not place calls or send texts or emails. A lookup only requests available information. A record does not prove homeowner interest, permission to contact or an existing customer relationship.
Looking for an explanation about homeowner information?
Homeowners are people whose information may appear in a future result, not assumed buyers of this software. A suitable operational question/correction process must exist before launch. For now, the contact page states the current channel status; it does not pretend a removal request has been received.
